New YouTube Partner Program requirements:
- 3,000 Watch Hours (Longform Only)
- 500 Subscribers
- 3 Million Shorts Views

This new qualifying standard is being used by YouTube in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, and South Korea. Later, it will expand to additional nations where YPP is offered.
